Back in 2nd edition these menaces were the ultimate anti-Ork squad. They could teleport, take out huge numbers of Orks and then teleport out of trouble. There was literally nothing I could do to stop them. They seem a bit more reasonable now.

I think the Phoenix Lord will give them that second movement back.
Right now, before the Codex they have a Stratagem called Fire and Fade but they cannot move that far away. A Waaagh turn would definitely catch them.
They can't fight that well... but we will see what the next unit can do.
