There had not been much time for my miniatures. My employer did not want to give me a raise so I spent my time looking for a new job last summer to soften up the inflation effect on my family. That cost me a lot of my free time and when I finally found a new job an confronted my employer with tat fact, he finally agreed to give me a raise so I stayed there in the end ^^ So that was kind of successful but the whole process somehow drained all my energy. Then my whole winter vacation was used up for renewing our kitchen (we got the old one in 2004 and it was even a used one then) because my child an wife got the flu and I had to do most of the renovating stuff on my own. The first month of this year was mostly dark and rainy so after coming home from work my batteries were always depleted. Don't know if that's all some long time effect from my covid infection during my last summer vacation or simply because of missing the sun ^^ I have this week free though so perhaps I will finish the Blood Angel Primaris Lieutenant. Would be a good time to come back, perhaps with shorter posts and most of the translation not done manually anymore to prevent exhaustion g

Hey bud! I know exactly the way all that feels! I have three kids and at least now they are getting to the age that will allow them to join me at the hobby shop without climbing the frikken walls!

Yeah man, one step at a time.

I feel for you about the finances, but I have also been there constantly this year where I have needed some extra monies... which is why it a great idea to post more on Hive!
