Hello everyone! Zak Ludick here from Cape Town, South Africa and this is a Warhammer 40k - The Great Unit Review Wheel! post!
Now known as the Unit Review Library!
What is it all about? It is not there to just give a stat. It is there to give MY review of the unit!
In this series, I will review one unit at a time, picking them randomly.
So let me spin the wheel again and see what I get:
Chaos Daemons, Nurglings
10th Edition Index
Something stinks! Oh it must that pile of gibbering, giggling daemons that is charging towards us. They look friendly, yet mocking. They have gifts that will kill! Did I mention the smell?
Nurglings are a Swarm unit. This generally affects certain keywords, which allow certain abilities to affect them or not.
The points are a bit strange. 3 of them for 40pts, 4-6 of them for 70pts and 7-9 of them for 105pts. They cost a hefty $37.50 for 3 of them!!!
Let's check their stats!
Stats
Movement 5"
Toughness 3
Save 7+/6++(armor/invul/Feel No Pain)
Wounds 4
Ld 8+
OC 0
Weapons
They have no ranged weapons
Melee:
Diseased claws and teeth
4 Attacks, Hitting on 5+, S2, Ap0, 1 Damage each
Lethal Hits
Abilities
Deep Strike, Infiltrators.
Mischief Makers
Enemy units that are not Vehicles or Monsters within 6" of the Nurglings suffer a -1 To Hit in Melee.
Thoughts
They are a bit worse than before the recent Balance Dataslate. They cannot do actions or hold Objectives.
They can still be useful, move-blocking and screening for one. They have the Infiltrate ability so they can be deployed near something crucial and prevent enemy Infiltrators from getting into that area!
That makes 3 Chaos Daemons Datasheets Reviewed putting them on 5.45% Completed and the total Completed on 8.44% Complete!
Thank you for reading!

Praise Grandfather! If I could start a new army RN for free it would absolutely be Death Guard. They seem like such a pleasure to paint.
One of my best friends play Death Guard. They are an absolute pain to deal with! !LOL
Ugh, you ain't lying! Those Plague Marine squads with their varied weapon options can be seriously brutal. Glad to hear that Biologus Putrifier caught a nerf, those free plague grenades were a lot.
Hahahaha! That, together with the way Typhus dished out Mortal Wounds made that they could just make something disappear if they did not like it!
I actually have a battle report from a few weeks ago when I played DG for the first time but was too busy to write about it. I took pictures and remember the game well though, might have to find the time this week to write about it :)
Awesome! You should do that!
A writhing mass of horned horrors! Thanks for reminding me I need to water my garden!

You must be killin' it out here!
@mirroredspork just slapped you with 1.000 PIMP, @zakludick.
You earned 1.000 PIMP for the strong hand.
They're getting a workout and slapped 1/1 possible people today.
Read about some PIMP Shit or Look for the PIMP District
🤣🤣🤣🤣 How that helped I don't know but I am glad that ti did!
Hehehe, I like their mix of humor and horror. Their mischievous abilities make them a fun strategic choice, even if their stats aren't the best for real braaaaah😂. Thanks for the detailed review man
They can be annoying to deal with. Often they are used to be placed in the way of units moving around the board. When they roll 6's to Hit, they automatically wound any target regardless of toughness. Even if that target has a great armor save, chances are they will chip wounds off it.
Perhaps if you have many of them it could work? 🤔🤔🤔😂😂😂😂
Well... for 315pts out of 2000pts you could have 27 Nurgling Bases... that is the most Nurglings you are allowed to field in a regular game of 40k.
Yeah I forgot the limit part hahahahaha
Yeah, max of 3 copies of any Datasheet, unless they are Battleline units.
Oh, look, it's the after-school kids swarming the library!
🤣🤣🤣🤣
!LUV that.
Thanks. You too.
