This post is part of the current Fund Raiser where a friend has given me an offer to buy a collection of Warhammer models, the money will go to putting down deposits for his wedding arrangements.
I am collecting funds in the following ways:
- Blogging about Warhammer to earn HBD
- Accepting donations - Can be sent directly to @zakl.hobbyfund in HBD
- Selling some of the collection to friends

What is it all about? It is not there to just give a stat. It is there to give MY review of the unit!
Also this has become quite the Challenge! With so many units to review in the game the consensus in the hobby community is that I will not have enough time to review all of the Datasheets before the new edition of Warhammer 40,000 came out.
I should have started when 10th edition launched!

This is Review #197, I am 344 reviews behind! (Lowest I have been is 314 behind)
January 2025 we are expecting Astra Militarum and Aeldari codexes as explained Here, so time to focus on THOSE Datasheets!
Aeldari, Troupe
10th Edition Index
This unit is listed as a "Troupe" but we would also call this a Harlequin Troupe.
They are not Asuryani or Drukhari and are aligned with neither of them. The Troupes travel from the Dark Eldar city of Cammoragh to the Eldar Craftworlds and even visit the Exodites and Corsair mercenaries.
These Aeldari worship the Laughing God, Cegorach, who is the Trickster and one of the few surviving Aeldari Gods that Survived the birth of Slaanesh and the subsequent wars.
They get fielded in a profusion of options, one of them is always a Lead Player, which is the Squad leader:
5 Players - 75pts
6 Players - 90pts
7-11 Players - 165pts
12 Players -180pts
This exists because there are a bunch of small transports that can carry these strange sizes squads into battle.
A Box of them contains 6 miniatures and costs $45... so go figure that out!

Weapons
A unit of 10 or less can have 2x Fusion Pistols AND 2 2x Neuro Disruptors, when there are 11-12 models this becomes 4x and 4x and I see no reason why you would not max out the special weapons as they only replace the Shuriken Pistols.
Ranged Weapons
Shuriken pistol
12" Range, 1 Shot, Hitting on 3+, S4, AP-1 and 1 Damage each.
Pistol - Can be fired while in Combat
Assault - Can be fired after a unit Advances
Neuro disruptor
12" Range, 1 Shot, Hitting on 3+, S4, AP0 and 1 Damage each.
Pistol - Can be fired while in Combat
Assault - Can be fired after a unit Advances
Anti-Infantry 2+ (Critically wounds Infantry models on a 2+)
Fusion pistol
6" Range, 1 Shot, Hitting on 3+, S8, AP-4 and D3 Damage each.
Pistol - Can be fired while in Combat
Assault - Can be fired after a unit Advances
Melta 2 - Add 2 Damage if the target is within half range of 3"
Melee Weapons
All the models are armed with the Harlequin’s blade, the Lead Player can have a Aeldari Power Sword and all of the Players can exchange the Harlequin’s blade for a Harlequin’s Special Weapon (Formerly known as a Harlequin’s kiss)
Harlequin’s blade
5 Attacks, Hitting on 3+, S3, AP0 and 1 Damage each.
Harlequin’s special weapon
4 Attacks, Hitting on 3+, S4, AP-1 and 1 Damage each.
Aeldari power sword
5 Attacks, Hitting on 3+, S4, AP-2 and 1 Damage each.
Abilities
Harlequin Assault
After making a Charge move, they get +1 to Wound rolls.
Thoughts
Needless to say, they are fast. They have options to go into light and fast transports which make them even faster. Fusion pistols make them fairly threatening to light tanks and medium monsters. I think overall their main threat will be to infantry of all kinds.
That makes 31 Aeldari Datasheets Reviewed putting them on 43.05% Completed. The total Completed is 18.96% Complete! Can I review them all?!
