Greetings to the Splinterlands community, and everyone who lives there, I'm here to join the Splinterlands Social Media Challenge!

For this week I bring you a new work, in which I wanted to materialize a necklace charm inspired by the Sniping Narwhal card in 2D in the quilling technique.

For this week's contest I decided to finish the set of accessories, materializing a pair of hanging tendrils with some elements of the same card.

Hola a mis queridos Hivers y a la querida comunidad de artistas #Jewelry, como siempre muy complacida y emocionada de encontrarme por acá nuevamente, mostrándole mi trabajo hecho con mucho amor y especialmente para ustedes.

Un saludo para la comunidad de Splinterlands, y todos los que hacen vida por allí, estoy por acá para unirme al reto Splinterlands Social Media Challenge!.

Para esta semana les traigo un nuevo trabajo, en el cual quise materializar un dije para collar inspirado en la carta Sniping Narwhal en 2D en la técnica de quilling.

Esperando les guste mi trabajo, sin más preámbulos, les dejo mi proceso creativo.

Comencemos:😃

• Cintas de quilling.
• Pintura al frio color oro.
• Cristales de bisutería.
• Argollas de bisutería.
• Pega blanca extra fuerte (de carpintería).
• Tijera.
• Pincel.
• Alicate.
• Pinza punta fina.

Quilling ribbons.
Gold colored cold paint.
Costume jewelry crystals.
Jewelry rings.
Extra strong white glue (carpentry glue).
Scissors.
Brush.
Pliers.
Fine tip tweezers.

We are going to start by taking 3 mm wide dark blue quilling ribbon, with the help of the quilling needle we are going to roll it up until we finish with all the ribbon, we take it out of the needle, loosen it a little and seal it with extra strong white glue, to obtain a semi-open circle.
We are going to mold this circle in the shape of a drop, the tip of the drop, we are going to incline it a little to one side.
Under the same parameters as before with blue tape 3 mm wide we will make two semi-open circles a little smaller, these two circles we will mold them as you can see in the image, then we will join them both with extra strong glue leaving a small opening in the middle.
We will take the previous piece that we made and we will put its tip between the opening that we left between the two pieces adding a little glue. This way we will have the body and tail of the fish ready.

• Vamos a comenzar tomando cinta para quilling de color azul oscuro de 3 mm de ancho, con la ayuda de la aguja para quilling vamos a enrollar hasta finalizar con toda la cinta, sacamos de la aguja, soltamos un poco y sellamos con pega blanca extra fuerte, para obtener un círculo semi abierto.

• Vamos a moldear este círculo en forma de gota, la punta de la gota, vamos a inclinarla un poco hacia un lado.

• Bajo los mismos parámetros anteriores con cinta de color azul de 3 mm de ancho, vamos a realizar dos círculos semi abierto un poco más pequeños, estos dos círculos vamos a moldearlos tal como pueden ver en la imagen, luego los uniremos ambos con pega extra fuerte dejando una pequeña abertura en el medio.

• Tomaremos la pieza anterior que elaboramos y vamos a meter su punta entre la abertura que dejamos entre las dos piezas agregando un poco de pega. De esta manera tendremos listo el cuerpo y la cola del pez.

Now with a 3 mm wide white ribbon, we will make an open circle, we will mold it in the shape of a kind of elongated triangle.
We will take the piece we made and paint it with metallic gold colored water-based paint and let it dry very well.
I took the base piece and applied a little pearly white paint in some areas with a brush.
Finally, I took the gold piece and glued it on the top of the fish, took some crystals of different colors, placed them in some points of the piece, and at the top I placed a costume jewelry ring.

- In this way we have ready this pendant for necklace, that I materialized inspired in the letter "Sniping Narwhal ".

• Realizaremos otro círculo abierto, este también lo moldearemos en forma de gota con su punta un poco inclinada, pegaremos de la parte de abajo del cuerpo del pez.

• Ahora con cinta de color blanca de 3 mm de ancho, vamos a realizar un círculo abierto, este lo moldearemos en forma de una especie de triángulo alargado.

• Tomaremos la pieza que realizamos y la pintaremos con pintura al agua metalizada color oro, dejaremos secar muy bien.

• Tomé la pieza base y le apliqué en algunas zonas con un pincel, un poco de pintura de color blanco perlado.

• Para finalizar, tomé la pieza de color oro y la pegué en la parte de arriba del pez, tome algunos cristales de diversos colores, los coloqué en algunos puntos de la pieza, y en la parte de arriba coloqué una argolla de bisutería.

• De esta manera tenemos listo este dije para collar, que materialice inspirados en la carta "Sniping Narwhal".
