How are you all, I hope you all are doing very well and enjoying the last days of December which are very cool days. 🥶
This is my first post in this community that's why I am very nervous and excited because I am new here.
However I visited the posts of this community and I saw that people do very well with their unique ideas and creativity.
I decided that I will also make something and participate in this community.
Then I decided to make a hair band.
So let's see further the procedure of how I made it.
Material
- A simple iron hair band
- Pink Card paper
- Glue ( UHU )
- Clay ( Brown,Parrot and Blue )
- Scissor, Scale, Led pencil
Process
I gathered all the things I needed to make the hair band as I envisioned it and then I started making the hair band.
First I drew a line on the card paper using a led pencil and scale.
I drew it so that I could easily and straight cut the card paper,
Then I cut the card paper with scissor and cut it separatd, Now I had a hair band sized piece of card paper.
Then I stuck that piece of card paper to the hair band with the help of glue.
These two things stuck together very easily.
Cut off the excess card paper with scissor.
I left it for a while to let the glue dry and stick together well and then I could work on the design.
It had to be dry for designing so that it doesn't get damaged from below while designing on top.
I chose pink card paper because I like it a lot and it looked really cute.
For designing above I used clay because it was available in different colors but here I used only three colors.
First I took parrot color clay and made it in diagonal shape.
I thought I would be able to design easily using clay but it wasn't very easy.
Well then I glued the card paper with glue first to stick this diagonal shaped piece of clay to the hair band so that the card paper sticks to the hair band easily.
Now I took the blue clay and tried to make a flower out of it.
To make this flower I first rolled the clay and then flattened it into a circle.
Then draw lines on the clay with the help of scale.
By doing this he became a flower.
Now I used brown clay and spread it lengthwise by rounding it and it became a thin long shape now it was ready and I could easily give a zig zag look it.
At first I tried to make a flower out of clay but I couldn't make it well.
Then I tried again to make it and now I used blue and parrot color clay.
To make it, I first made separate leaves and then joined all these leaves to make a very cute flower.
I glued this flower to one side of the hair band and it looks so cute now.
When I thought of making it I thought it would be very quick but it took a lot of time to make.
I completed it in about two hours.
I am very happy that I made it very beautiful and my mom also liked it very much.
Now it's complete.💞💫

Decorations with clay on it makes it more fancy and stylish, once i tried with cloth to make similar hair band 😉
