Today, I was very sad because we were supposed to go somewhere and the program was suddenly canceled, which really disheartened me. I even cried because I was super excited to go and had been planning for a long time. When such a planned event is canceled, and that too just a day before going, it didn't feel good at all.
My belief is that either you shouldn't make plans at all, or if you do, you should fulfill them. If you can't fulfill them, then you shouldn't make such plans. But I've accepted it, considering it to be Allah's will.
I made this wall hanging yesterday for today's post because we had plans to go out, so I thought, 'Who knows what time we'll return'. But sad plan was cancelled.
Today, for this wall hanging, I used ice cream sticks, glue, and acrylic paint.
So let's start our working!
Step by step procedure
In beginning I take blanks ice cream sticks in two different sizes.
Next I painted large sticks with blue acrylic paint and small ones with red acrylic paint. I see this idea on TikTok with black and red color but I used dark blue instead of black because I don't personally like black color.
Then I made six squares from large sticks and four squares from small sticks. And stick this sticks with each other using glue.
After that I stick the squares with each other using glue in a manner way so that it's final look of wall hanging from sticks.
The final look of this is such a lovely and amazing.
