Hello guys
how are you all? I hope you are all well . Today I am here with my new artwork . I draw my friend to gave her a surprise.There's a reference but its a profile pic so i can't take a pic .she's a girl who love small things and find happiness in little things .so lets suprise her .
I just use simple led pencil, 2B ,3B and 4B .I also use a makeup brush for blending and shading . As art is a journey of continuous learning and refinement .So we demonstrate in steps .
First of all i make a rough outline of the reference with a simple led pencil . I done this with Loomis method for more accurate symmetry and positioning . Loomis method is very helpfull in making portrait especially when you are giving the outline so try it once .
Then i add more detail in hair and especially in eyes .I also darker the outline for perfect detailing and my sketch is begins to take perfect shape . I also change the symmetry of my portrait to make more familiar with my reference . I erase the editional lines which i draw for Loomis method .
In last , i add the final shading and texture to my sketch .I shade the eyes for the depth and also fill the lips .I shaded the hair meticulously to create volume .I shaded and then blend it with makeup brush and then I draw soft lines and bold lines with 2b pencil and 4b pencil to create the flow of hairs . Exceptional , i also use the wooden stick to make the flow of hairs in very first and its very beneficial in hairs draw as you see a white lines and flow its just because of that wooden stick that i used in very first .
At last i draw a flower pattern on clothes to enhance the look of my portrait .
So that's it i hope she love it .
