I now understand what you mean, I am still a newbie here on Hive and I really didn't know that I downvoted not until I showed my friend this comment today. I hope you understand I saw you down voted me with some people, it's not intentional .

I did not vote against you, those same people you say voted against you, voted against me as well. Some accounts are dedicated to precisely that and vote against calls to the powerful accounts dedicated to that and start a never-ending chain. I have not voted against you... Blessings.

I have 6 years in HIVE and I have never used it, it attracts some harmful accounts into the system....
