And I am just collecting those from Nuka Cola, etc. for pure Fallout purposes.

Yup I too was surprised at the low melting point and supposed lack of fumes, I'll see how it works with a sandwich press but they make some cool things in the videos that I watched.
The only thing I can think of to recycle paper into is into new paper, but it is quite a process and I think is quite possibly more work than it's worth. Or maybe fire lighters?
