Greetings to you all on this beautiful day from this part of the world, I hope you are all doing great just as I am doing here, it's a beautiful day out here and it's my pleasure to share with you this simple creativity I made today for a friend, though, my friend was particular about the type of wallet she needed when she asked my to make a wallet for her using my creativity with what she has seen me made, she only needed a wallet that can accommodate only her cards and I have made several of it before but now, I decided to make something different and beautiful for her, moreso, I wanted to see the outcome of this particular one I made today.

I made one of the wallet for card yesterday, it has 3 space for cards and it was really nice but today I tried out another one so she can make her choice from it, it's in form of an envelope with pressing buttons and I really love it. Here is the one I made yesterday.

Let get started with the cutting and sewing process

From my leftover fabric, I measured 9" x 9" on the main fabric and lining.

It was sewn together right side to right side, leaving an opening where it can be turned inside out.

It was turned inside out and top stitched on to close the opening I left.

Then I folded it in 4 to get the mid point which I marked out.

I folded in one side and sew it down.

It was then folded upward and held together.

The two sides were folded in as well.

The tip of the folded part on top was folded on the other part opened just as see below.

Then it was taken to the sewing machine and sew together on the base.

Finally, I fixed my pressing buttons to the appropriate place as seen below.

That was all, as simple as that, the wallet is ready looking like an envelope.

I will leave my friend to choose from both. I hope you like it.

Is there anything that can’t be recreated with a fabric? This is a brilliant design, well done!

I think the answer is no 😃 it really depends on ones creativity, anything is possible. There's a lot to do with fabrics especially left over pieces that might look useless to some people, it can really be used to do a lot.
