This is my first post. At home, we often find random items in the packaging of everyday goods. Recently, I came across a rectangular piece of cardboard in a biscuit packet. I also had some colored papers, glue, scissors, and thick thread at home. With these materials, I created a beautiful DIY decoration, which I am excited to share with you today.
Step by step process........
Base Preparation: I first glued a white sheet of paper onto the cardboard piece.
Making Flowers: To make flowers, I cut 6x6 cm square pieces from red paper and folded each one three times. Then, I shaped the open edge into petals and cut them. When unfolded, it formed a flower. For smaller flowers, I used 4x4 cm squares from orange paper and followed the same process.
Leaves: I cut leaves from green paper and arranged them around the flowers on the cardboard. I glued everything in place.
. To add a decorative touch, I glued small beads in the center of each flower.
Hanging Loop: I attached a thick thread to the back of the cardboard to create a loop for hanging.
Finishing Touch: In the empty center space, I wrote "Welcome" using a black pen.
My beautiful DIY decoration was ready! I hung it beside my door, and it looked amazing.
