Water is one of the wonderful elements of our planet earth occupying 71% of the surface of this It is the basis of life for humans, animals and plants. From Diy hub we have proposed to choose some of the 4 elements (Fire, water, Earth and wind) being a wonderful proposal to emanate our creativity!
Particularly I have been inspired by water to create my design, the concept of this drawing is oriented to the divinity of water, making the “goddess of water” thus forming a woman with long ears of fish fins and a hair that represents the SEA, in addition to seaweed, oysters and shells as decorative elements!
Materials
- Canvas
- Pencil
- Oil paint
- Brushes
- Oysters and snails
- Glue
- Board
- Staples
Step by Step
1
We must place the canvas on the board, so that we must cover the whole area and from the back we must staple the canvas to the back.
I have used wood staples and a hammer to fix the canvas.
2
Then on the canvas we are going to make the silhouette of our marine character. Then we are going to apply a base of white paint on the face of our creature.
3
Next I make a contrast to paint the lips, the base I have done it in orange and then adding white paint you can go making the contrast.
Then I have painted the eye area, likewise I paint in brown color the silhouette of the eyes.
Then in contrasting blue tones I paint the face area.
4
Then in the eye area I add thin strands of white paint to create the eyelashes in the eye! Likewise, I paint the eyelashes in the same color!
5
Then we paint the hair of our creature making waves with the blue and white color to represent the SEA, like the shape of a wave of the sea to represent the "goddess of the Sea ”.
Below this in the area of the neck up to the bottom we paint some seaweed and flowers, only with pink, orange and red color contrast.
6
Then we paint some dots on the forehead and under the eyes! We also glue the others in a headband shape.
I hope you like the final result. How did you like this “goddess of the sea”, any suggestions for a name? 😆
😜

Materiales
- Lienzo
- Lapiz
- Pintura de oleo
- Pinceles
- Ostras y caracoles
- Pegamento
- Tabla
- Grapas
Paso a Paso
1

You have drawn this beautifully with extraordinary feeling. However, through the use of watercolor, you have very skillfully prepared the shape of the face of this extraordinary girl and the wonderful hair design. Which looks very beautiful.
It is impressive what you have done here, and not only is it a drawing with a lot of depth and great quality, but also the whole artistic vision you implemented inspired by the water, the sea. Those oysters and shells you added at the end was a detail Nivel Dios. Thank you for sharing this on DIYHub, it is excellent and enhances our community.
Cool blue work ☺👌👌👌🎅.... I like that it is also big ☺👌 . at first I saw that everything was painted, but when I looked more closely, I saw that you had also put decorations on the painting, which fit very well into it... cool work, I hope we see more them soon.
