Hello members of @diyhub community, welcome you all to my blog and again wishing us all a happy new month.....hope we do all experience the love fever of February too. 😀 Today I am delighted to share with us all how I made this beaded number one (1)
For this month, I have been inspired to step up my A game of which I decided to come up with numbers beaded craft of which I will be starting with the number 1. This will actually run from 1-10 as it is a way to exhibit my creative and not just that an avenue for us all to learn and have fun too.
Our kids also find stuffs like this so interesting to learn with which actually makes learning fun and easy. Each of this numbers that would be made from 1-10, I decided to gift my little cousin to learn with and honestly her reaction upon seeing the number one was priceless to me she never let it go even when her mom tried collecting it from her to keep safe my dear cousin refused to let go. This is actually what I wanted for her and glad my plan worked now learning would be fun and interesting for little Anita. 🥰
To proceed, these were the materials I used:
- Black pearl beads
- Scissor
- Fishing line
- Needle
PROCEDURES
Firstly, I cut my fishing line in good length after which I tight the bottom and added four black pearl beads and then I inserted the fishing line from bottom the top and got a shape like square.
After that was done, I then added three beads and passed my line through the initial bead opening and I continued like that till I got five flowers.
Next, I passed my line through the beads till I got to the middle of the flower where I continued to add three pearl beads each till I made another five flowers making it five down, five up.
I then added two beads to get a first curve after which I added three beads twice just like the first.
Lastly, I repeated this procedures twice and after which I began to sew up using one bead each to attach but numbers together to make it thick and our number one is ready.
