Hoy estoy con ustedes acá para mostrarles una pequeña confección que hice, un muñequito hecho de alambres. ¿Qué me inspiró? 😅 Nostalgia principalmente, hace unos días encontré este rollo de cables y recordé que cuando era más pequeño me gustaba hacer todo tipo de figuras con ellos, así que pensé que podría hacer uno para recordar aquellos momentos. Además tengo una esposa graduada de la academia de artes en la especialidad de escultura y quise hacer algo que según yo podría ser arte 😂 solo para molestarla.

Today I'm with you here to show you a little confection I made, a little doll made of wires, what inspired me? 😅 Nostalgia mainly, a few days ago I found this roll of wires and I remembered that when I was smaller I liked to make all kinds of figures with them, so I thought I could make one to remember those moments. Plus I have a wife who graduated from the arts academy majoring in sculpture and I wanted to make something that according to me could be art 😂 just to annoy her.

Los materiales que usé fueron bastante simples, cosas que tenía a la mano ya que no iba a ser muy complejo.

The materials I used were pretty simple, things I had on hand since it wasn't going to be too complex.

Primero comencé haciendo la base que tenía pensada que era solamente llenar de plastilina la tapa de un pomo plástico. Luego de eso comencé a darle forma a mi personaje, haciendo primero lo que sería la forma del cuerpo y pasando varias veces por encima hasta que estuviera firme.
Luego de eso usé dos cables para simular la ropa en el muñequito, se me olvidó tomar fotos en este paso porque me estaba dando mucha gracia como me estaba quedando, me traía muchos recuerdos de niño.
First I started by making the base I had in mind, which was just to fill the lid of a plastic knob with plasticine. After that I began to shape my character, first making what would be the shape of the body and going over it several times until it was firm.
After that I used two wires to simulate the clothes on the doll, I forgot to take pictures in this step because I was having a lot of fun with how it was turning out, it brought back a lot of memories as a child.
Quería darle algún sentido a la pieza, que no solo fuera la forma y ya sino que estuviera realizando alguna acción, y lo que se me ocurrió fue esto. Nuestro amiguito está sosteniendo una escalera 😅, a mejor luego sube alguien por ella.
I wanted to give some sense to the piece, that it wasn't just the shape and that it was performing some action, and what I came up with was this. Our little friend is holding a ladder 😅, and then someone climbs up it.

Oh Dios! Este post me dió mucha nostalgia. Cuando mi hermano era pequeño tenía sus juguetes, pero entre ellos tenía un rollo de cables que transformaba en cualquier figura que deseara, mayormente lo volvía una moto😅 definitivamente el rollo de cables era de sus juguetes favoritos ✨
