Hello blessed week to all @diyhub community. Here I share how I made this rustic pot:
Materials:
. empty paint bucket
. paint of any kind (optional)
. rope of any kind
. hot or cold silicon
. White glue
. Sand
Instructions:
Actually I first painted the tube, but the result seemed basic and boring (that's why I told you that painting is optional) I wanted to give it texture... and I bathed the whitetail tobo mixed with water and sprinkled sand all over it. Let dry very well. Once dry, I took some ropes that I had collected from the garbage, washed them well and wrapped them around the tobo with the help of cold silicone. Tip: It is not necessary to paint, in fact with only. lining with rope, I repeat of any kind, they will already have a rustic pot.
Finally, I liked the result so much that I took advantage of other pieces of rope that I had at home and upholstered another container.
➡️The ropes are expensive in hardware stores, I highly recommend asking friends and family, looking in their warehouses, keeping an eye on the offers in Marketplace and even taking a look at the trash, yes, people throw away a lot of things . . . reusable.
➡️ As "boho chic" and minimalism in interior decoration are in fashion right now, you can always paint the rope white, beige, etc.
➡️ On the other hand, there is "rope" a super cheap type of rope widely used in my country to hang chinchorros that is not expensive and they sell it in colors. Now imagine for a moment 20 pots lined with colored rope, happy and beautiful right? it is just a matter of taste.
