A good description of the correct process on how to strim, and the translation was clear. A few additional things...

Well done for showing and using the safety clothing, especially the glasses.
Good practice: never let the plastic head touch the ground, it's the end of the cord that cuts not the middle.
The advice to cut from Right to Left is correct but only if the strimmer head turns anti-clockwise.
When cutting right to left you will get a much smoother and better cut if you hold the handles straight and twist at the hips; don't just push your arms left and right.
Always move forwards never backwards.
Don't just wander around, cut in strips one strimmer wide while walking forwards. And if you do this correctly you will get lovely straight lines of cut grass at the edge of the cut which is nice and easy to rake up.
