Hello hello, a big hello to the diyhub community. How are you on this lovely Saturday afternoon? I hope you are having a good time as the year is almost over. Today I am showing you how I made a tulip flower that I made with recycled material.
The main material for this flower is plastic spoons, so if you have some spoons lying around, take advantage and make your own tulip flower and have a beautiful desk decoration. I hope you like this step-by-step explanation.
(Materiales:)||(Materials:)

- Foami blanco
- Pintura morada y fucsia
- Pega blanca
- Pincel
- Regla
- Tijeras
- Silicón en barra

- Plastic spoons
- Green cardboard
- White foam
- Purple and fuchsia paint
- White glue
- Paintbrush
- Ruler
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Candle

Paso nro 1
Paso nro 1
To start making the flower, I first began to give the teaspoon a little petal-like shape with a candle. This step must be done carefully because the spoon can melt and we can burn ourselves.
Paso nro 2
Paso nro 2
After I shaped the spoons into petals, I started gluing them with a silicone stick. I glued them right in the middle of the base of the spoons and now you can see the shape.
Paso nro 3
Paso nro 3
Now comes the part that I like the most, which is painting everything. First I applied the purple paint, waited for it to dry, and then I applied a little fuchsia paint. This is mostly to create a contrast so the flower looks more colorful.
Paso nro 4
Paso nro 4
After painting, let it dry well and then start decorating the stem of the flower. I did this by cutting long strips of white foam and gluing it along the entire length of the stem.
Paso nro 5
Paso nro 5
Here I made some leaves with the green cardboard, I made some leaves small because those are the leaves that grow under the flower, the other leaves I made long because those are the ones that come from the stem.

And this is how this cute tulip made with plastic spoons turned out. I hope you liked this lovely craft as much as I did. Just as I say simple crafts for unique gestures, because a craft that we make with our own hands is a great work of art.
