Hello great people of hive I am here again in the community of creative minds, I'm very excited to share with everyone here how I branded HIVE on the wall above my room door.
I was motivated to do this as part of creating an awareness about hive, making people come to know more about hive blockchain platform.
But then I'm super excited because I was able to give life to my thoughts, I mean I was just thinking about it then I decide to give it a try and here it is so clean.
If you would love to do something similar to this here are the steps to achieving it.
STEPS
__I started by drafting out the word hive on an A4 paper but you can use cardboard if available.
__ use razor blade to cut out the letters and you need to be very careful here so you don't mess things up.
__ I went ahead to cutting it out with a rectangular shape, this is necessary because it is the paper you you're pasting on the wall and any surface you want to print on.
__ Go ahead with any gum you have, I spread the gum on the back of the paper so it can be pasted on the wall.
__ After spreading the gum just paste the paper on the wall as seen on the pictures.
Then get your paints or sprayer, here I used a foam because I had no brush for the painting, I also used black because that was only available paint I had.
After that I allowed it stay for some minutes.
Then I went ahead with making a compliment to the hive writeup, here I just have to do exactly what I did on the main text.
_Started by drawing the design
_I had to shade the places to be cut out to avoid making a mistake.
_I use razor blade to cut it out
after that I made use of the gum, but here I didn't have a red paint so I decided to use my red pen, by pouring out the ink on a paper so I can use it as paint 🎨
