Do you want to decorate your home but don’t have enough cash? But if you are interested in making one flower vase, then don’t worry I have you covered. Today, I will also teach you on how to develop the vase using easily available raw materials such as the Cardboard paper. Considering the effectiveness and the price it’s probably one of the best ways to improve the interior design.
Materials Needed:
- Cardboard paper
- Scissors
- Hot glue gun
- Ruler
- Pencil
Steps to Make the Vase:
1. Cut the Cardboard
In this case you do not need anything fancy to draw your vase design on the cardboard so just use a pencil and a ruler. When it has reached an ideal shape, use a scissor and cut across the drawn lines. Again, you can also trim other pieces of cardboard to ensure they create a strong base to support it.
2. Add Decorative Circles
To create flowers, cut circular shapes of diverse colors of cardboard. These will bring a colorful feel to your vase.
3. Create the Stems
Take green cardboard paper and fold it then cut out “stems” for the flowers. Attach these on the vase, like the branches of a tree, shaped as branches.
4. Assemble the Vase
Cut off the long straight stem and fasten the circular “flowers” to the bald stems forming the collar of the vase, the outermost ring of the flowers should be yellow cardboard to complete the work.
5. Add Finishing Touches
Get creative! Extra accessories can be added on to build around the vase and make it prominent in the room.
