Hello dear craft lover friend, I continue creating decorations for this Christmas season, this time I want to show you how to create cute ornaments for the Christmas tree. I do not know if at the bottom of the sea SpongeBob and his friends also celebrate Christmas but this time I will bring them to my tree, because I will make these cute characters in the form of spheres to hang them there. They not only have this function, because they can be used as pendants for phones, key chains, wallets or whatever you want.
They are made almost entirely of foami, which makes them quite easy to make, you just have to open your imagination and put into practice beautiful designs of spheres with your favorite animated characters. Below, I show you the materials used and the step by step of the whole creative process. This one is a little long, but keep in mind that there are two characters, I didn't want to separate them because they are always together, I hope you enjoy it.
Hola querido amigo amante de las manualidades, continúo creando decoraciones para esta temporada navideña, esta vez quiero enseñarte a crear lindos adornos para el árbol de navidad. No sé si en el fondo del mar Bob esponja y sus amigos también celebren la navidad pero en esta ocasión los voy a traer hasta mi árbol, pues realizaré estos simpáticos personajes en forma de esferas para colgarlos allí. No solo tienen esta función , pues pueden ser utilizados como colgantes para teléfonos, llaveros, carteras o en lo que desees.
Están conformados casi en su totalidad de foami, lo que representa ser bastante fáciles de elaborar, solo tienes que abrir tu imaginación y llevar a la práctica hermosos diseños de esferas con tus personajes animados favoritos. A continuación, te muestro los materiales utilizados y el paso a paso de todo el proceso creativo. Este está un poco largo, pero ten en cuenta que son dos personajes, no quise separarlos porque estos siempre andan juntos espero lo disfrutes.

I'll start with the SpongeBob sphere, for this you must take a piece of polyfoam and give it a rectangular shape of 6 cm x 4 cm and 1.5 cm wide.

Cut a 1.5 cm wide yellow ribbon to glue around the edge of the polyfoam.

With carmelite foami you make the pants, just cut a strip to place it at the bottom and trim the excess. Then make another strip of about 1 cm and glue it to the bottom of the rectangle.

Para hacer la parte frontal y trasera se toman dos piezas de foami amarillo de la medida que quede por cubrir en el rectángulo de poliespuma. Pintar por todas las orillas líneas curvas para que al recortar queden los bordes ondulados. Pegar las dos piezas recortadas en el poliespuma.

To make the character of Patricio star I used a deodorant ball, you can use polyfoam balls that are sold in craft stores, which are ideal for these things but where I live they are very difficult to get. Cut two 8 cm squares on each side in green and pink. Heat the foami in a domestic iron and when it is as hot as possible, thermoform each half in a different color.
Para hacer el personaje de Patricio estrella utilicé una bolita de desodorante, puedes utilizar bolas de poliespuma de las que venden en tiendas de manualidades, que son las ideales para estas cosas pero donde vivo son muy difíciles de conseguir. Cortar dos cuadrados de 8 cm por cada lado de los colores verde y rosa. Calentar el foami en una plancha doméstica y cuando esté lo más caliente posible, termoformar cada mitad de un color distinto.

Solo queda elaborar la parte por donde se cuelga, para ello tomar foami escarchado dorado y hacer dos tiras de 1 cm x 10 cm y dos tiras más finas de 3 mm aproximadamente. Enrollar la tira más ancha y pegar la tira fina doblada por la mitad en el centro de esta. Luego colocar los colgantes en la parte superior de los cuerpos de Patricio y Bob esponja.
