Hello everyone, hope your day is going well. Today I decided to create something useful for myself and then I looked at the remaining yarns I had in my closet, to ensure it would be enough for something unique and nice, after minutes of contemplating on what to make, my brain came me up with something after remembering packing my hair with plastic rubber bands and how it causes headache and can be very painful at times, to relieve myself of that I made a hair clip to style my hair.
Material used
Yarn ( color: Orange, off-white)
Crochet needle
Hair band
Scissors
Procedure
Step 1. Make a slip-knot then insert your hook around the hair band pull out the yarn and pull through the loop, then make half double crochet around the hair band till the hair band is fully covered with the half double crochet pattern.
Atep 2. Slip stitch the two edges, then make a single crochet inside each stitch of the half double crochet, repeat the same process till the last half double crochet and slip stitch to lock the edges.
Step 3. Make a chain of seven then skip the first three chains, insert your hook inside the fourth chain and double-crochet, then make two chains and slip stitch. Inside the fourth chain, you'll make a total of five double crochet, two chains of five, and five slip stitch after that return your hook back to the single crochet make a chain of three, and repeat the same process as the first one, after these your flower shape will come out then repeat the process till your hair clip is covered with flowers.
After I was done with my hair clip, I styled my hair with it and it came out looking beautiful on my hair.
