Hello DIY lovers, recently I made a headband for someone that I've been promising for a while, and I shared how this person came to my house with yarns and insisted I made the headband without any excuse.

So this person wore the headband out and got noticed by someone. "Yeah!" I didn't want to scream (let me hold myself), so she introduced this new person to me, and guess what, guys? I got my very first client, or should I say "customer," or maybe both can go.

This new client contacted me via call and was like "I would like you to make a headband for me" I saw the other one you did and I loved it "I was like wow" that's nice, then I asked her the color she wanted and the size and length of the headband and that was it. I decided to deliver this early because "guys, my first client," I wouldn't want to disappoint her at this early stage of patronage.

Materials used
Yarns
Scissors
Crochet needle
Sewing needle.

Process involved:

I started by making a slip knot, and then I continued to make a chain of one hundred.

After that, I went further into making a half-double crochet into the third by skipping the first two stitches.

I continued in making half-double crochet inside each stitch, and I was done with row one.

For the second row, I started by making a chain of one, then I turned my project and continued in making half double crochet inside each stitch till I was done with that row.

This particular project is more like a repetition of the same process, so I repeated the same process till I got to the desired size and length of my client. I made a total row of twelve.

It was time to join the edges and get my X twist. I placed the edges on each other thereby leaving a little opening in the middle, then I made use of my sewing needle to sew the edges together.

Then after that, I sewed the other opening together as well to get the proper X twist. After I finished sewing everything, I ensured to tie it very well so it wouldn't burst open anytime soon.

That was it and I was done. This project didn't take more than four hours. It's very easy and simple to make.
