Well, I think it is not actually a problem. They like to change places, believe me, even if you make the best place for them, they will sleep there only if they want. Then after some time, they change the place. It is all part of their character :))
Maybe she will go back there when is bored with this shed roof. :)

They know when it is cold, she will not get sick from the cold.
Maybe you can make another thing too, like a cardboard box or similar with a blanket inside, they really like small closed places to hide inside. So, totally closed box but with just one side open, (or even better, only a small opening just for her to get in and out) Maybe she would accept that.
Today she got a small log cabin with a small opening and with fresh straw, but she doesn't go there yet.
