hello everyone, back with me again, on this occasion I want to present a recipe requested by my husband, namely corn ice, a few days ago my husband bought 1kg of corn at the market, but there was only 2 left of the corn that I had processed, because of the weather. It's hot, my husband told me to make corn ice, he said it's been a long time since I've had corn ice, because people rarely sell it in this area.

Without waiting long I agreed to my husband's request to make corn ice, here I started processing it into corn ice, actually I also really like this corn ice, for some reason in my area now it is very difficult to find corn ice sellers, maybe if there is one I only sell it during the fasting month, but today I will make it myself

Ingredients for making corn ice:

2 pieces of corn
3 tablespoons granulated sugar (according to taste)
125 uht milk
200ml mineral water
2 tbsp cornstarch

how to make :

(1) The first step is to flatten the corn, after flattening it, wash the corn clean, then blend with 200ml half of the corn that has been flaked earlier.

(2) After that, boil the corn that has been blended and also add the remaining corn that was flattened then cook and add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt. Cook for about 10 minutes then add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch solution then stir until the texture thickens slightly.

(3) After that, cool it briefly to room temperature, then put 1 tablespoon of corn in a glass, then add ice cubes, then add UHT milk and add 1 more spoon of corn on top.
