Hola amigos de esta gran comunidad, esta vez preparé un delicioso batido con un ingrediente principal que es la fruta, que hay frutales muy cerca de mi casa, que es el níspero. No soy muy fan de este, pero este batido estaba de 10/10. Los ingredientes son bastante sencillos, y lo mejor de todo es que es muy fácil de preparar. Así que aquí con mi paso a paso.
Hello friends of this great community, this time I prepared a delicious smoothie with a main ingredient that is fruit, which there are fruit trees very close to my house, which is the loquat. I'm not a big fan of this one, but that smoothie was 10/10. The ingredients are pretty simple, and best of all it's very easy to prepare. So here with my step by step.
05 nísperos, 1/2 vaso de agua, 1/2 taza de leche en polvo, azúcar al gusto yo utilicé dos cucharadas.
English:
05 loquats, 1/2 glass of water, 1/2 cup of powdered milk, sugar to taste I used two tablespoons.
Preparé este batido de la siguiente manera: primero lavo los nísperos, los corto por la mitad, les quito las semillas y con la ayuda de una cuchara saco la pulpa.
I prepared this smoothie as follows: first I wash the loquats, cut them in half, remove the seeds and with the help of a spoon I scoop out the pulp.

En la licuadora coloco todos los ingredientes, es decir, agua, nísperos, leche y azúcar.
In the blender I place all the ingredients, i.e. water, loquats, milk and sugar.

Licuar hasta que todos los ingredientes estén bien integrados y la mezcla esté espesa.
Blend until all the ingredients are well integrated and the mixture is thick.
A la hora de servir, pongo suficiente hielo y vierto mi batido en los vasos y ya está listo para disfrutar. Espero que hayas disfrutado de otro de mis deliciosos batidos.
