One question, what plant are the leaves you used. I ask you, because the pumpkin leaves that I know are different. If you can share the scientific name of the plant that would be great.

    Thanks too @amazingdrinks . This leaf Ugu is called pumpkin leaf. Nigeria pumpkin leaf is the choice vegetable for a range of Nigeria dishes. Ugu leaf and seed (fluted pumpkin leaves and the botanical name for Ugu is Telfairia occidentalis)is very popular in Nigeria.
