Caipirissima paso a paso [ESP+ENG]

Hola a toda esta hermosa comunidad, espero se encuentren muy bien 😊, hoy quiero enseñarles como hacer una deliciosa Caipirissima, para que la disfruten en casa o en alguna actividad festiva. Acompáñame!!

La Caipirissima digamos que es prima hermana del clásico coctel brasileño Caipiriña, donde para la caipiriña usamos agua ardiente o también llamada casacha, en la Caipirissima usamos el ron.

Ingredientes y materiales utilizados

-45 ml de Ron Añejo Blanco Havana Club
-1 limón
-Hielo en cubitos
-2 cuchadaras y media de azúcar blanco
-1 Vaso old fashion
-Macerador
-Cuchillo
-Cuchara espiral o bailarina
-Tabla de madera
-Coctelera Boston
-Exprimidor
-Jigger
-Pala para hielo

Hello to all this beautiful community, I hope you are very well 😊, today I want to show you how to make a delicious Caipirissima, so you can enjoy it at home or in some festive activity. Join me!!!

The Caipirissima let's say it's a first cousin of the classic Caipirinha cocktail Brazilian, where for the Caipirinha we use burning water or also called casacha, in the Caipirissima we use rum.

Ingredients and materials used

-45 ml of Havana Club Añejo Blanco rum
-1 lemon
-Ice cubes
-2 spoonfuls and a half of white sugar
-1 Old fashioned glass
-Macerator
-Knife
-Spiral or dancing spoon
-Wooden board
-Boston shaker
-Juicer
-Jigger
-Ice scoop

Paso 1
Con el cuchillo cortamos las puntas del limón y lo picamos a la mitad.

Step 1
With the knife cut the tips of the lemon and cut it in half.

Paso 2
Una vez cortado el limón a la mitad, picamos una tapa del limón en cuatro partes y dejamos la otra sin picar.

Step 2
Once the lemon is cut in half, chop one lemon wedge into four pieces and leave the other one unchopped.

Paso 3
En la coctelera Boston echamos dos cucharadas y media de azúcar y los cuatros pedacitos de una tapa de limón. Exprimimos la otra tapa de limón en la coctelera y maceramos.

Step 3
In the Boston shaker pour two and a half tablespoons of sugar and the four pieces of a lemon cap. Squeeze the other lime cap into the cocktail shaker and we macerate.

Paso 4
Echamos una pala de hielo en la coctelera y 45 ml de ron Añejo Blanco Havana Club con el jigger o medidor.

Step 4
Pour a scoop of ice in the shaker and 45 ml of Havana Club Añejo Blanco rum with the jigger or measuring cup.

Paso 5
Tapamos la coctelera, le damos Shaker o agitado durante 10 segundos para que se mezclen bien los ingredientes y echamos toda la mezcla en el vaso old fashion. En caso de no tener una coctelera hacemos todo el procedimiento directo en el vaso y mezclamos con la cuchara espiral o bailarina.

Step 5:
Cover the shaker, shake it for 10 seconds to mix the ingredients well and pour all the mixture into the old fashioned glass. If you do not have a shaker we do the whole procedure directly in the glass and mix with the spiral spoon or dancer.

Paso 6
Colocamos una ruedita de limón en el borde del vaso como decoración y el absorbente o pajita según le llamen en sus paises. Entonces ya podemos disfrutar de esta rica Caipirissima que no te puedes perder. Anda corre a hacerla no esperes más, te encantará!!!😋☺️

Step 6
Place a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass as decoration and the absorbent or straw as they call it in their countries. Then we can enjoy this delicious Caipirissima that you can not miss. Go ahead and make it, don't wait any longer, you'll love it!!!😋☺️
