This earth is too good for humans. Everything is on this earth, even if you go to the ends of the earth. Is that right? Of course. I'll give you one example, like Matcha, a natural product from Japan, now available to anyone.
In my childhood, I never knew what matcha was. As I grew up, I realized that there are many things on this earth. Transportation and technology make it possible for anyone to transfer products from any part of the world.
Lately, there has been a lot of funny content related to the taste of matcha. Of course it entertains me. Many people say that matcha has a strange taste, like swallowing grass. Seriously! Matcha is delicious and tastes very nutty like almonds if you get the right kind. I've learned a little about matcha and I really like it.
While learning a lot, I try new things. A combination that will make my glass very beautiful. The colors of both are very harmonious between the glass and the refreshing ice cube. The taste is no less interesting, different and simple.
I call it, Matcha Strawberry..
Amazing drink. Of course, it will make many people very happy. The first sip will surprise you, sour and fresh, a combination of sweet and fresh strawberries, the most reddish pink that is the happiest fruit.
The Ingredients:
- 3-4 gr matcha
- 120 ml Almond mylk
- Strawberry
- 40 gr sugar
- Ice cube
How to make:
Seriously, maybe this is a bit cliche but making it is very easy. I will only add strawberry jam to the matcha latte.
Wait, strawberry jam? Of course! Matcha latte without sugar, so strawberry jam must have a sweet taste to reduce the too sour taste of strawberries.
The strawberries that have been washed clean, crushed and add a little sugar. Cook on low heat, only to dissolve the sugar, without it, the taste of sugar and strawberry will separate. Simple and fast.
Then I shake the matcha with a whisk as usual, I use a bamboo whisk specifically for making matcha. 3-4 grams of ceremonial matcha powder with 10 ml of hot water.
Arrange the strawberry jam at the bottom of the glass, then ice cubes, almond milk, and finally matcha foam.
3 colors become one and become strawberry matcha!
This drink can make me happy, matcha is known for being high in antioxidants so that it can make my face stay young if drunk regularly. Everything given by nature and the earth is full of goodness, right?
