So today is my first time posting in the #amazingdrinks community. I made a refreshing drink for my kids, and I want to share it with others. I wanted to make a smoothie, but my little daughter doesn't take smoothies, so I decided to make juice out of the fruits.
Here are my ingredients;
1 apple
2 bananas
1 orange/ orange juice
10mils tiger-nut milk
¼ of a whole watermelon.
These ingredients are just for 2 cups of juice for my little girls. I give my kids these fruits, especially apples, and bananas, because of their health benefits. Apple is rich in antioxidants and bananas for stronger bones, energy, brain functions, and so much more. All the fruits listed above are good and healthy for kids. Tiger nut is a natural source of nutrients that support growth and development, so yes, it's good for kids.
Procedures;
Step1.Slice the apple and pour into the blender. Add a little water and blend. After blending, sieve out the juice from the shaft and pour the juice back into the blender as a liquid to blend other fruits.
Step 2. I added the orange juice next. You can use the orange fruit itself and not an already-made juice. I used juice because I couldn't get oranges, and I needed to make that juice for my kids to school, so I used a very good orange juice.
Step 3. The next thing is to add your banana and watermelon.
Blend till it is smooth, and sieve. Remember, we are sieving because the drink is for kids who do not like smoothies but juice...so I needed to remove the pulps and shaft from it.
Step 4. Add the tiger-nut milk and mix properly.

Now the juice is ready!!
Note: I took the thick parts I sieved out as smoothie
