Due to a recent cold I was suggested to take ginger shots every day.
At first I was hesitant and thought ginger tea would do the trick but it didn’t.
So after some hesitation I went to get the groceries and bought all that I needed to make the shots.
I went for the ginger-sellery-lemon-lime-orange juice shots.
You need ginger-sellery-lemon-lime-orange juice and water. You need a nutri bullet and a sieve to strain the juice and make it clear. I used the orange juice plastic bottles to store the two liters juice I made today.
After I set all the fruit and the equipment ready on my kitchen counter and started.
I had to do the excersition a few times
to get to the two liters I wanted to make.
Also I made of the pulp of ice cubes to drink it in a glass of water or to put it in a glass of tea. Fresh and the ice will cool down your tea and make it instant drinkable.
I only ended up throwing away the pulp from the ginger 🫚 the brown pulp and the residu from the sellery.
The threads I usually remove with a small knife m. You pull from the top all the way down. Today my nutri bullet mixed all so good that only a little little bit was left in the pulp and you can see in one of my pictures it’s a ball that is left after three rounds of using the bullit.
It took me 35 minutes and I ended up with two liters. When you buy a shot in the supermarket there are always extra ingredients like sugar and my own homemade ginger juice is strong and clear from extras.
I tasted it between the making and I love it. It burns your throat clean I told the kids but they almost vomitted when I have them a bit. I laught and couldn’t say they were wrong , it’s heavy shit hahahah
I don’t know if it will help my health but why not try right. I will take one every morning before I eat breakfast and will see how it makes me feel. When you look it up many say it will be good for the whole body so I might even get addicted to this new shot thing in the morning.
If you do this once’s every two to three weeks it’s not also cheap as it’s great way to be considerate to being healthy.
The tea from the leftovers is one I will also blog about what the taste is and how strong it was.

I did lemonsito shots back when I had not been feeling good (Lemonsito is a tiny lemon variety that can be founding teh Ph) I had it straight after squeezing teh juice but never thought of incorporating ginger.
It was very sour but had me recover for a few days. I hope that will do good on you and get rid of colds

This is just so good beautiful. In fact, this same recipe is saving me through this winter dryness and. I boil lemon, lime tea 🍵 adding ginger and turmeric powder inside every morning. The weather is too cracky .
