Good morning fellow drinkers.. are you also like me who experienced excessive weight gain. Or rather fat. Well, for 1 month I have been following a relaxed diet program which I think is quite okay.
I think this diet is quite okay. Because I have tried various ways to lose weight and get my body back in shape but none of them worked. But I did the method I saw on IG Reel a few months ago and I have only applied it for ½ month now. The method I did was only cardio or workout 15 minutes per day and drink cucumber lemon juice, and definitely reduce my portion size a little. Do you know why this method works? Honestly, I don't feel hungry or want to snack.
I found out about this drink recipe on the internet. Many fighters to achieve Body Goals recommend this drink.
Cucumber Lemon Ginger
This drink tastes very astringent and tends to be sour. And it is highly recommended to drink it in the morning before breakfast. But if you have a stomach ache, you can drink it after breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Lemon
- 2 pieces of Ginger
- 500 ml of boiled water
How to make:
- Peel the ginger. Then wash all the ingredients including lemon and cucumber.
- After everything is clean, cut all the fruit into pieces.
- Blend the cucumber and ginger with 500 ml of water until smooth.
- After the cucumber and ginger are smooth. Then add the lemon that we have cut into pieces. And blend again until the lemon has a rough texture.
- After that, prepare a strainer, and strain the juice that we have blended roughly.
- The juice is ready to drink. For a single drink size, only 50 ml. then I wrap the rest in small plastic and store it in the refrigerator. And will be drunk in the morning before breakfast.
