Hello all friends @amazingdrinks. Who here likes to drink fruit juice, whatever the fruit. Tell me do you drink juice because it tastes delicious and fresh? or because you know the health benefits? is it because of both? well I'm sure so!
Today I am very excited to give a recipe for a fresh and healthy drink/juice. The juice I want to make today is from papaya. As we know, papaya has many benefits if we consume it, either eaten directly or processed into juice combined with other ingredients for a more delicious sensation. Here are some of the benefits of papaya, namely increasing the immune system (contains vitamin C), maintaining digestive health, reducing the risk of heart disease, healthy eyes, preventing prostate cancer and several other benefits. However, even though it has many benefits, it is better not to consume papaya excessively because it can cause digestive problems.
Okay, let's prepare the ingredients for making juice, actually the ingredients are very simple, namely papaya, lime and honey. Initially I wanted to combine it with lemon, but unfortunately I didn't have it at home, so I replaced it with lime. Haha
Lime contains vitamin C and is often used to make drinks. I like its sour taste combined with sweet fruit, it is very suitable and looks refreshing. And the last mixture is honey. Honey also has health benefits because it contains many nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, flavonoids. Honey also contains antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial substances. Although honey has many benefits, honey consumption should not be excessive. Let's just combine these ingredients into something called juice!
Preparation:
First: we will start by peeling and removing the seeds of the papaya. Cut into small pieces so that it is easy to blend.
Second: cut the lime, squeeze the juice about 1 tablespoon, pour into the blender
Third: add 2 tablespoons of honey to the blender. You can also replace it with granulated sugar according to taste.
Fourth: Add 250 ml (1 glass) of boiled water, after all the ingredients are in, blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass and ready to drink.
Simple, fast and practical. That's today's drink/juice with a refreshing blend of natural sweet and sour flavors and also rich in nutrients. You can add ice cubes if you like to consume cold juice.adults
This juice or smoothie can be your healthy drink choice and is suitable for all ages, from children to adults.
