Today I am excited to share with you a totally healthy recipe, a fresh juice of purple grapes 🍇 with chia seeds and lemon 🍋, this combination is refreshing and full of benefits, it gives us energy, revitalizes and is super nutritious, and its preparation is quick and simple ideal to cool off on this day that was intensely hot.
I decided to make this fresh water because I had bought grapes and before they deteriorated in the refrigerator I took the opportunity to prepare this drink. Additionally, the extreme heat I was feeling made me make the decision to prepare this juice and the result was fantastic as it gave me a sensation of freshness.

Decidí hacer esta agua fresca porque había comprado uvas y antes que se deterioraran en la nevera aproveché para preparar esta bebida, ademas el calor extremo que estaba sintiendo me hizo tomar la decisión de preparar este jugo y el resultado fue fantástico ya que me brindó una sensación de frescura.

-225 grams of purple grapes, -2 glasses of cold water, -1/2 lemon, -2 tablespoons of chia seeds, -ice to taste, 6 tablespoons of sugar.
