Today blog is all about my last contract and to show to everyone some of the cocktails that we are selling and making to our passengers onboard.****
first working onboard is so beautiful, because of the atmosphere you will see everyday. The ocean which is the largest part of the world, everyday you will see the sunset and sunrise and the feel breeze.
I am working in one of the largest cruise vessels around the world with a capacity of 4,300(Guest) 1,600(Crew) onboard. The ton is around 175,500 Gt (gross tons).
A cruise vessel is considering a floating hotel that carry people for traveling around the world and may dock to different country, this is consider the best way to see the world while in vacation or holiday.
I am working in F&B or food and beverage department that provides different cocktails, the bar department is considering one of the most revenue maker onboard because this what guest wants and needs while in holiday.
This is some of our team members here in the bar departments with different nationalities.
Before we release our drinks created ,we are making sure it is delicious with quality and make sure we have repeating guest. Making cocktail drinks is fun and your creativity will be applied. The more it is enticing and taste good will be popular.
We have also different concept of bars onboard currently we have 30 bars with 136 bar staff that covers bartender, bar stewards, bar supervisors and etc.
Most of the guest loves staying outside or outdoors because of the atmosphere especially to see the ocean and sunshine. for those who love to smoke we have also smoking area or designated smoking area.

As a crew we are aiming to have a regular guest because happy guest will compliment you at the end of their cruise especially it became a culture onboard that on their last day of their cruise will handing over an envelope that contains money or tips.

Working with colleagues feels great, because side by side there is someone looking after you and covering you even how busy and rush the situation is. Making friends onboard makes your job easy.
Onboard we have also recreational facilities that keeps the crew away from homesickness. Examples are; Crew gym, Crew bar, basket ball court for crew,barber shop for crew and etc.

Working onboard also especially cruise ship you are able also to see the world for free. The best job to see the world is working onboard, you can gonout and check what is in this country and visit the popular places;
