Friends I am pleased to be able to show you this delicious preparation. I love soursop, its unique flavor, consistency and nutrients make this fruit one of the best wonders of nature. At my mother's house we had a soursop bush that gave fruit and that I enjoyed when I was a child we called it "catuche".
These days in the supermarket there were some very beautiful and ready to eat. I did not hesitate to buy one. I enjoyed half of this fruit in the meringue and the other half I consumed fresh. I was delighted to have been able to buy and enjoy such a healthy fruit. The quantities of this recipe yielded a glass. Here is my step by step.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Guanábana approximately 300 grams
- 2 tablespoons of whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- 250 ml of water
PREPARATION
Friends the first thing was to cut the soursop in two, I removed the central core very carefully and then proceeded calmly and patiently to remove the seeds in order to obtain the pulp. Once I finished removing all the seeds, I added the pulp to the blender. I added the water, milk and vanilla. I processed until a homogeneous mixture was obtained.
I really loved the consistency and taste of this meringue. I added the contents of the blender in a large glass with small pieces of ice. I enjoyed this exquisite milkshake on a beautiful sunny morning. I encourage you to prepare this drink which is nutritious and delicious. I was very happy to prepare it and share it with all of you.
Happy Saturday to all of you
A continuación mi paso a paso.
INGREDIENTES

Wow!! I this is one healthy drink, thanks for sharing your recipe with us.
Thank you for your comment. This fruit is delicious and nutritious. This time I wanted to prepare a meringue. The combination of soursop, milk and vanilla is spectacular, the truth is that it was exquisite. I'm glad you liked it.
I also love soursop but the problem is , that I can't really differentiate from the ripe or unripe until I touch it.
