These days I was checking in the supermarket for options of prepared foods for my grandson. There were a variety of alternatives, among them Nestum, Celelac and other prepared foods from well-known brands. The truth is that I love both Nestum and Cerelac, but today my economy does not allow me to buy these foods.
I found one that I had tried a few years ago that was very good, but was missing from the shelves. It was "Nutri Baby", this is an instant rice cereal enriched with vitamins, minerals and prebiotic substances for intestinal health. Just add milk and that's it.
As it was at an excellent price, I took advantage of the opportunity to take two packages, one for my grandson and the other to prepare and share with the whole family. Today I had to prepare a glass in the middle of the morning and show them how special this drink is. Accompanied by instant full milk and vanilla. Here is my step by step.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons of Nutri Baby
- 1 tablespoon of whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- A pinch of cinnamon to garnish
- 250 ml of ice water
PREPARATION
I took the blender cup. I added the water, rice based meal, milk and vanilla and took it to process for one minute. This food was left with consistency and a rich flavor. I poured the contents into a glass and added the cinnamon to garnish. This drink was quite thick and very delicious. I loved it, it is a drink that gives energy, provides nutrients and brightened up my morning.

En estos días estuve revisando en el supermercado opcines de alimentos preparados para mi nieto. Había variedad de alternativas, entre ellas Nestum, Celelac y otras alimentos para preparar de marcas reconocidas. La verdad que tanto el Nestum y el Cerelac me encantan, pero hoy el día mi economía no me permite adquirir estos alimentos.
Les cuento que encontré uno de los que había probado hace algunos años muy bueno, pero que estaba desaparecido de los estantes. Se trató del "Nutri Baby", este es un cereal de arróz instantáneo enriquecido con vitaminas, minerales y con sustancias prebiotica para la salud intestinal. Esta se agrega leche y listo.
Como estaba a excelente precio aproveché llevar dos paquetes uno para mi nieto y otro para preparar compartir a toda la familia. Hoy me provocó a media mañana preparar un vaso y mostrarles lo especial de esta bebida. Acompañado de leche completa instantánea y vainilla. A continuación mi paso a paso.
INGREDIENTES
• 3 Cucharadas del Nutri Baby
• 1 cucharada de leche completa
• 1/2 cuchadadita de vainilla
• Una pizca de canela para adornar
• 250 ml de agua helada
PREPARACIÓN
Tomé el vaso de la licuadora. agregué el agua, alimento a base de arróz, leche y vainilla y llevé a procesar por un minuto. Este alimento quedó con consistencia y un rico sabor. Vertí el contenido en un vaso y agregué la canela para adornar. Esta bebida quedó bastante espesa y muy deliciosa. Me encantó, es una bebida que da energía, aporta nutrientes y me alegró la mañana.
