Joyful Delight: nutritious Chapman drink🍹

Hello lovers of @amazingdrink, welcome you all to my blog. Today am thrilled to share with us a very delicious and nutritious drink commonly known as Chapman a combination of different drinks alongside fruits.

Chapman is a very unique and special drink prepared for nice treats and relaxation especially during summer when the weather is hot. It is not just the combination of drinks and fruits, it is packed also with healthy nutrients the body needs with the presence of lemon, orange and cucumber. It is mostly prepared during picnics, dinner's, family get together and also to welcome guests. I specifically prepared mine to welcome my guests and didn't want to serve them something casual so I opted for Chapman.

Like we all know lemon is a very healthy fruit that a lot of people has embraced so well cause of it health benefits such as the provision of vitamin C, reduce heart risk diseases, kidney stone and digestive issues. Cucumber also helps with hydration like we know and also weight management and lastly Orange which is a good source of vitamin C, fiber, potassium and other nutrients good for the body. It control blood pressure, iron absorption and constipation. Orange is also good for the eye health. The drinks used are also good cause they were made with fruits too.

This delightful drink as earlier said was prepared for my amazing friends who came to visit me after a long time and I did not want to receive them with what they are familiar with so I prepared this Chapman for them of which they enjoyed and I also enjoyed it too cause why won't I partake in this refreshing joy. 😀

To prepare our Chapman, these were the ingredients I used:

  • Cucumber ( 1 medium size)
  • Sprite ( 50 cl)
  • Orange ( 1 big size)
  • Pop Berries ( 17.5 cl)
  • Fanta or Mirinda ( 35 cl)
  • Lemon ( 1)
  • Ice ( as desired)

PROCEDURES

First, I washed all my fruits with enough clean water after which I proceeded to slice the cucumber into slices and also sliced the lemon too. I was careful enough to remove the seeds from the lemon cause I don't want it inside my drink.

In a clean bowl, I put in the sliced vegetables (cucumber & lemon) and then I emptied the bottle of sprite into the bowl, followed by the Mirinda and the Pop Berries which gave it a very nice color.

After that I cut open my orange and in a cup, I squeezed out the juice and carefully picked out the seeds from inside it after which I added the orange juice into the already mixed mixture and with a spoon, I stirred so everything gets combined well.


Lastly I added my ice to make it chill and to enjoy your Chapman, ensure not to skip putting your ice as it is one of the secret ingredient to a refreshing Chapman.

I served myself and guests and we all enjoyed ourselves.👌
