Está es una planta altamente medicinal, preparando un té y tomarlo tres veces al día, es muy bueno para curar todo tipos de malestares del organismo en el cuerpo humano. Especialmente para los virus de gripes, inflamaciones y dolores.

El oregano orejón es una planta de hojas grandes y redondas, un poco peludas. Se da en climas cálidos, climas secos y fuertes. Se reproduce en todos tipos terrenos y es muy fácil de sembrar, por medio de ramas que se meten dentro de la tierra con estiércol en una maceta o en el suelo, se riega diariamente y ya empieza a crecer y a desarrollarse.

Preparación del té
Para preparar el té se agarra tres cogollos de la mata y se colocan en una paila de agua mediana a hervir sobre el fuego de la cocina por 5 a 7 minutos. Luego servir y endulzar con miel de abejas o azucar al gusto.

Éste té se puede combinar con café o leche, es muy delicioso y al mismo tiempo medicinal. Lo preparo en el momento que me quiere dar algún virus de gripe. Trato de tomarlo calientito para que me haga mejor efecto. También el que me sobra lo guardo en la nevera me lo tomo frío endulzado con papelón y mezclado con café, me gusta mucho y es como tomar un refresco a diferencia que es natural y mucho más saludable.

Está bebida la he catalogado "mágica" por todas las propiedades sanatorias que tiene para combatir enfermedades del cuerpo humano. Desde que empezó el virus del COVID yo inicie a tomar diferentes té. En especial éste cada vez que lo tomo si tengo malestar de gripe con tos es muy bueno porque me alivia rápidamente la tos y la gripe. También es muy bueno para el malestar de los riñones, para expulsar las arenillas y desinflamar. Igualmente para el hígado graso, lo desinflama y quita los malestares de dolor y amargura en la garganta.

Les cuento un anécdota
Cuando yo tenía 6 años, jugando un día con las muñecas y mi hermanito debajo de una mata de piñon de repente agarre unas semillas del suelo y empecé a quitarles las cáscaras y a comer luego salí corriendo para que mi mamá y le dije ''Mira mamá come maní yo comí" mi mamá me regaña y dice " ¡ niña como vas a comer esas semillas, eso es toxico!, al momento empecé a vomitar. Mi papá dice vamos a llevarla al médico del pueblo. Estábamos en el campo a 10 kilómetros de distancia. Llegamos al hospital y no había médico. Mi papá paso por la casa de una señora curandera, le decía; La Curandera del pueblo, mi papá le narro lo sucedido y ella le respondió; "no se preocupe, coloque a cocinar estos tres cogollos de orégano con leche y se lo das a tomar tres veces al día por tres días"." Ella al tomar la primera taza se va a sentir bien". Al llegar a la casa mi mamá preparó el te. Yo que todavía continuaba con las náuseas y vomitando a cada rato. Tome el té con leche, inmediatamente se me quitó el malestar del estómago y me fuí mejorando con ésta bebida, que jamás la olvidaré. Gracias a Dios y a La señora curandera que me recuperé mis padres estaban nerviosos, yo también aunque era una niña estaba asustada. Pero con ese te de orégano me sentí bien y desde allí empecé a tenerle mucha fé a ésta planta.

Mi madre tiene de esta planta y apenas alguien se siente mal, ella le ofrece té de este o envía ramitas para que los preparen.
No sabía que combinado con leche ayudaba a mejorar los malestares estomacales, gracias por ese dato y me alegra que cuando eras niña esa experiencia que pudo ser muy mala terminara siendo un gran aprendizaje.

El Oregano Orejon es una de esas plantas que amo, y la uso mucho para infusiones, hace tiempo sufri un malestar terrible con dolor muy fuerte de vientre y vomitos, recuerdo que mi esposo tomo hojas de Oregano de un pequeño huerto que tenemos en casa, la mezclo con Toronjil me hizo un té, y me alivio muchisimo.

Que bueno me alegro, si yo también la uso a diario me fascina sus propiedades curativas. También el té mezclado con café y endulzado con papelón y hielo es como el refresco de Coca-Cola muy refrescante y natural. Yo también tengo una mata en el patio...
