A few days ago, I had gone to the market for Holi shopping and summer had already arrived in India, so I was very tired, so I drank juice there and clicked some pictures, luckily today marchinleo topic is to share amazing drink. I would like to share about my street sugarcane juice. The good news is that you can consume sugarcane juice all year round, earlier hardly it was difficult to find sugarcane juice cart. But now you will easily find Sugarcane stall at every 50 meter distance, Having Sugarcane juice can help you prevents heat strokes by providing essential salts and energy boosts that are needed in high temperatures that cause constant sweating. Whenever i go out for shopping, then having a glass of sugarcane drink is Mandatory, going out for shopping during summers rehydrate your body, exhaust the body too, having a chilled Sweet and salty mixture of juice is more than like Nector, will boast your energy level.
Let me tell you the traditional way of making Sugarcane juice, it is usually pressed manually between two heavy rollers, but nowadays vendors are using automatic machine to squeeze the juice, Let's go back to old tradition way, The sugarcane guy will take first two to three canes in between the rollers, the milky, thick juice gushes down into a steel container kept just below the machine, waiting to receive it. After the third or fourth pressing the juice maker guy would then fold the canes over, and take a small piece of lemon, and some Mint leaves and put inside the machine to make it more refreshing and tasty.
I had told you this in my childhood days, but the place where I drank the juice was making it with a fully automatic machine and its generator was running permanently,Now making juice has become easier than before and even costs less.
For me, sugarcane juice is always reminds taste of my childhood. Every time I went out shopping or going to school or college I always had to make a quick pit stop at the sugarcane juice stall, Even today, i love the enjoying the taste as before. I can't describe the taste accurately enough, all I can say is that its one of those flavours must try by everyone.

In India, nowadays you can now find hygiene version of sugarcane juice, made in a pressé like machine especially in the malls and fancy restaurant, to be honest, you will never get the true taste of this delicious amazing juice, unless you have it on a street in a dirty glass made up with unhygienic hands. Some Food items are fun to be eaten by street vendors. The way they prepare it, its taste can be tasted delicious, no fancy restaurant can bit that taste. I know that many people will disagree with this statement of mine and they will not like hearing this. Everyone has their own choice, there can be no comment on it.

I welcome you to the community, it is a pleasure to see you posting here. Sugarcane juice is something delicious, comforting, nutritious. This machine he presents is great, and that juice sales stand looks cool with those lemons, ginger, sugar cane and flowers. Different countries with different cultures, this is my first time hearing a juice can be made out of a sugarcane. It is kind just what we chew over here.
It does sound delicious and tasty too, probably I might be able to come up with my own version of it.😅

Thinking about sugarcane juice also reminds me of my childhood. My brothers and I used to bite into the cane and suck on it.
That version of cane juice with mint and lemon must be really good.
