Hello, friends and food lovers greetings. Now the warm summer here in the northern hemisphere, we need to have some super special drinks to cool down.
Here is my new idea about using some leftover ingredients from my recipe beetroot coconut fudge.
1/2 glass of coconut water which I broke coconut for making fudge.
1/2 glass of beetroot juice which I squeezed from beetroot.
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 lime from the garden
Soda water
Cut lime in halves
In a glass put lime halves
then sugar and salt
and pond it using a rolling pin.
Mix coconut water and beetroot juice and mix together.
Add coconut water and beetroot juice to the crushed lime and sugar.
And strain it before serving.
Pour the mixture into glasses.
Fill glasses with soda water.
And here is the drink for good summer.
