Hello dear hive friends,👨🌾
Wishing all hive friends a good night. This morning was a rainy day without sunshine, and I'm excited to be joining the #Amazingdrinks platform again. Today, I am using Kurakkan flour instead of fruits. I am going to share with you how to prepare an interesting and beneficial paste for treating various diseases. Due to the dietary fiber in kurakkan flour, it helps in digestion and is particularly helpful in regulating blood sugar levels. Additionally, it is rich in protein, calcium, and vitamins. It is ideal to incorporate Kurakkan flour to enhance the nutritional value of various recipes, such as bread, pancakes, porridge, and baked goods. Now, let's proceed to learn how to make kurakkan porridge.
🍹🍹🍹🍹
🍀 3 tablespoons of Kurakkan flour.
🍀 3 tablespoons of sugar.
🍀 2 cups of coconut milk.
🍀 Dried grapes 30g.
🍀 1/2 cups of water.
1 step.
First take a bowl and add Kurakkan flour to it. At the same time, stir it well using about 1/4 cup of water with a pinch of salt.
2 step.
Then put the pot on the stove and cook on low heat till it becomes a paste. Keep stirring it.
3 step.
Then add the required amount of sugar to the kurakkan which has turned into a paste and stir it well.
4 step.
Then add coconut milk to it and cook for about 5 minutes while stirring well.
5 step.
After that, you have to serve the cooked Kurakkan porridge. I also added raisins to it. It is very tasty.
This is prepared this morning. Because it is very nutritious and a suitable drink to drink in the morning. So I'll see you again with another delicious drink.

I had not heard of this flour, but with all those nutritional values it is extraordinary. It has coconut milk, so I'm going to love it because I love coconut. The truth is that it looks very tasty, plus extra fiber from the raisins. Greetings, thanks for sharing this drink.

I've never heard of this flour, is it like sago flour? @hive.samadi
It is similar to red rice flour. But Kurakkan seed is different and more nutritious than rice. Thanks for the valuable comments
@maytom
That drink looks great my friend and the presentation was very nice. I would definitely like to try it, I like it to be thick and if the flour that thickens it has so much nutritional value, everything is much better.
I'm glad you like the drink! This is a highly nutritious flour, and the nutritional value of drinks can improve the overall benefits and make them a more satisfying choice. Thanks for commenting.

Looks delicious my friend. This ingredients combination is good but I don't know what the kurakkan flour is made from because I want to try this porridge. Thanks for sharing.
Glad my friend commented. This flour is widely used in Sri Lanka.
