Good evening hive friends. How are you? Today, #AmazingDrinks, I'm back on stage. Because it is a platform to identify different types of drinks as well as cure them. So today I made another delicious drink. I would like to share it with you on this platform. Today I am going to share with you how to make a healthy and delicious juice drink from avocado. This helps to reduce cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease. Avocados are a good source of dietary fiber. Fiber aids digestion. Overall, drinking a glass of avocado is a great addition to a healthy and balanced diet and provides a variety of important nutrients. So let's see how I made this.

Ingredients;

🍁 2 well ripe avocados.
🍁 Vanila flavoured milk 170ml.
🍁 A few ice cubes.
🍁 Water 500ml.
🍁 Cup of sugar.
🍁 ice cream cup 1.

Method of making;

1 step.

First, half the cut a avocado and put it in the blender using a spoon. As per the photos below.

2 step.

Then add vanilla flavored milk. and Then blend

3 step.

Then add sugar and ice cubes. Add water little by little while blending to thin the avocado juice.

4 step.

Then put the blended avocado juice in another cup. Keep it in the refrigerator for about an hour and put it in glasses and add ice cream and serve it to the family.

This avocado juice is very simple and easy to prepare and it is enough for about three people. Change according to your needs. This is a very nutritious fruit with low fat and calories. Also, adjust the amount of sugar as per your preference. Try this too. have a great day.
