But it is very difficult to find gonika leaves. Because it is a medicinal plant. It also cures many diseases such as knee pain, back pain, etc.

Ingredients..........
- Hathawariya leaves 100g
- Gonika leaves 100g
- Polpala leaves 100g
- Red Rice 50g
- grated coconut 50g
- Salt to taste
- Water Cup 1
Method...
1 step👇
First put red rice in a bowl and let it soak in water for about 10 minutes.
2 step👇
Then put the rice in the blender and blend it until it becomes powdery. Put the blended rice powder in a separate bowl.
3 step👇
Then put the herbal leaves in the blender and grind them finely. Also add the grated coconut in the meantime. As in the following images.

Then put the blended herb mixture in a bowl.

Then filter the mixture using a strainer. As in the following images.

Then put the powdered rice in a bowl and add a cup of water and cook it for about 5 minutes.

Then add the filtered herb mixture and add salt to the required amount. boil it for about 10 minutes.

Actually, they are mentioned in Sri Lanka name. I will find it and update. I haven't met yet. Thanks for your comment
