Today, I am excited to share with you how to prepare a highly nutritious drink using the delightful bael fruit. This beverage holds immense popularity in Sri Lanka, known for not only its refreshing taste but also its abundant nutritional benefits. One of the remarkable qualities of this drink is its ability to help regulate body temperature, making it especially beneficial during hot days and discover the goodness it brings to our health and well-being.
🍹🍹🍹🍹
🍀 3 or 4 well ripe bael fruits.
🍀 Sugar as required.
🍀 Juice of half a lime.
🍀 A cup of cool water.
🍀 A few ice cubes.
1 step.
First, scrape the juice of the bael fruit and put it in a cup. After that take a blender and put it in it.
2 step.
Then add sugar and cool water.
3 step.
Then blend it well. In the meantime, add as much sugar as needed.
4 step.
Then take a cup of blended bael fruit juice and strain it. As in the following pictures.
5 step.
