The number of photos in the posts is not a requirement and we don't consider these types of rules created by specific communities as an abuse in our scope of work.
We leave such rules to the community to implement in posts submitted to their curation.
By the way, this post and the other posts that you mentioned have at least 3 different photos.

Las reglas hacen referencia a que las personas deben aparecer haciendo las bebidas, o sea, que muestren el rostro. No estamos exigiendo mínimo de fotos, pero se infiere que al hacer una receta debe existir un mínimo de fotos que explique el paso a paso de la elaboración.
Aquí lo que se le está exigiendo al usuario o usuaria, es que muestre su rostro al hacer las recetas, especialmente porque es poco conocida en Hive.
La identidad en este caso es importante, para evitar situaciones como farming, o quizás plagio.
