I saw a banana and thought about making smoothies. I happened to have strawberries so I combined it with banana and yogurt to make it fresher.
To be honest, I actually don't like bananas if I eat them straight, but if I make banana cake or make smoothies like this, I can enjoy them.
Bananas and strawberries have many benefits because they contain vitamin C, besides that they are also rich in fiber so they are very good for digestion. And there are many more benefits of bananas and strawberries.
Immediately, I will show you how to make my version of a delicious strawberry banana smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 banana, cut and freeze
70 grams of strawberries, wash and freeze
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey for sweetening
2 cups water
Topping: chia seeds
How to make :
• First we prepare all the ingredients. I froze the bananas and strawberries overnight.
• next, prepare a blender glass then add all the frozen fruit ingredients, yogurt, honey and add water. I added water because it was difficult to puree the fruit when blending, so I added water with the amount of a cup of yogurt.
• Finally, we pour it into a glass and top it with chia seeds and strawberries.
• Strawberry banana smoothies are ready to be enjoyed.
Here I don't use additional sweeteners like sugar, I choose to use pure honey, the honey I use is also of good quality, just use 1 tablespoon is enough to make these smoothies even tastier.
I also used yogurt. If you don't like it, you can replace the yogurt with fresh milk or almond milk. I chose yogurt because it facilitates digestion. You can also increase the amount of honey or replace honey with granulated sugar or brown sugar.
