Hello everyone,
How was the day everyone. Good day with start a healthy drink. Beetroot this fruit are so good for our health. My sister they are want to eat this fruit. I will make beetroot juice for them if they then they want to more beetroot juice but if she was not like the flavour of juice they never taste it. So i will try to make tasty beetroot juice. Hope for the best.
Beetroot juice
Ingredients
1.Beetroot -1 beetroot fruit
2.Mint -10 leaf
3.Lemon - 2 tbsp lemon liquid
4.Black salt -1/4 tbsp
Step-1
To make beetroot juice i will take 1 beetroot fruit and chop the fruit into many pieces. When i,m cut beetroot my hand was become red for beetroot. The color was so deep.
Step -2
Also i,m will take 10 mint leaf and wash them. There i,m take lemon and 1/4 tbsp black salt. So ingredients are ready and start to prepared beetroot juice.
Step-3
I will drop all ingredients in a juice blender. I will pour first of chop beetroot, 2nd 10 mint leaf,3rd 1/4 black salt,4th 2 tbsp lemon juice and last pour sime water. Then i will switch on the blender and blend the beetroot juice.
Step -4
Beetroot juice ready to drink but i have prepared it well. For that when my sister see the glass decoration she start to drink it. I will pour all beetroot juice in a big glass. I will also chop some pieces of beetroot. Stand it in a glass with a pin. Now beetroot juice was ready to serve.
Taste
When my sister drink beetroot juice. She like it so much. She is on diet for that i,m not give sugar into the drink. I,m suggested all you to give sugar it will be make your drink better.

Beet tastes delicious however you prepare it and this juice has an intense color characteristic of beet, my son loves it, this juice looks exquisite.

This is a delicious, colorful and very nutritious juice.
The contrast of flavors is interesting, between the sweetness of the beet and the salt, as well as the acid touch of the lemon, and the fragrance of the mint. Great drink. Cheers!

Wow! I love the color. This is something I've never tried; in general, we don't add salt to juices, but beetroot is so sweet that I'm sure the final taste of the juice had a nice contrast of flavors 🙃
