I,m new in this community and my first post this is. I,m start my journey in this community with a contest. Thank you @amazingdrink to held this contest.Ramadan month was start.This month we eat many type of smoothie. I,m share one of recipe of smoothie. I Will try to make apple and banana mixed smoothie.
Why i,m chose apple and banana to make smoothie and about their benefit.
I will make Apple and banana mixed smoothie.Both are have many vitamins, many Mineral. Both are keep our body healthy and give energy. And way from all sickness of body.Becuase doctor say if you eat 1 apple everyday then you can way from many Disease like cancer, diabetes and many othe disease. Apple also help to loss weight. Make apple sider vinegar and drink regular. I have to loss my weight so i have to make it.And banana also have fiber and iron.
Ingredients
1.Apple -1
2.banana - 1
3.Lemon -1 tbsp
4.Honey - 1 tbsp
5.black salt - 1/2 tbsp
6.cumin - 1/2 tbsp
7.Milk - 1 tea cup.
How to make apple and banana smoothie
Step -1
Take all ingredients and keep it in a desk. I will rake 7 ingredients. Now i,m talk about my all ingredients that i need for make smoothie.
I,m take 1 banana and 1 cut lemon piece. From this piece i,m get 1 tbsp lemon.
Get 1 tbsp honey.
I,m also get 1 full Apple, cut apple and keep it in a small plate.
There are 1 tea cup of milk. I will get it too.
Last two thing this was 1/2 tbsp.cumin powder and 1/2 tbsp black salt. These are all ingredients. Now going to my make it
Step -2
I will take grinder and get all ingredients into the grinder. Take all ingredients 1 cut apple, 1 cut banana,1 tbsp honey, lemon, 1/2 tbsp cumin powder, black salt and 1 tea cup milk.
Step -3
After put all ingredients now i will blend it.
Apple and banana smoothie was blend. Making apple and banana smoothie was over.
I will put all making smoothie into a glass and cut 1 piece of apple keep it on side over the glass. For that it was look nice.
Because in this smoothie there have apple so i,m decorated the glass with apple.
It was tasty with spice cumin flavour, salt flavour and fruit flavour. It was healthy when we keep fasting whole day and when we break our fasting to drink this smoothie we get feel fresh.

It's good that during Ramadam you have the alternative of smoothies, that's great, because it's a very good way to replenish energy and hydrate.
This recipe is very interesting. The addition of cumin to the mix seems curious to me, I will definitely make this recipe to get to know its flavor.
