Buen dia querida comunidad, hoy vamos a preparar un Curazao Azul 😱, sabemos que hacer cocteles es una facinacion pero comprar los ingredientes son muy costosos, hoy vamos a preparar unos de los ingredientes que son base y dan colorido a esas bebidas y tiene un valor muy alto en el mercado y en algunos paises es dicil encontrarlo en lo personal en portugal es dificil, pero hacerlo es muy facil de hacer y economico, los ingredientes se consiguen muy facil y son muy comunes, hoy te vas a sorprender que vas a tener a la mano un producto que vas a realizar infinidades de cocteles.

Good morning dear community, today we are going to prepare a Blue Curacao 😱, we know that making cocktails is a facination but buying the ingredients are very expensive, today we are going to prepare some of the ingredients that are the base and give color to those drinks and have a value very high in the market and in some countries it is difficult to find it, personally in Portugal it is difficult, but doing it is very easy to make and economical, the ingredients are very easy to get and are very common, today you will be surprised that you are going to have at hand a product that you will make countless cocktails.

colorante azulblue dye
1 copo de jugo de naranja1 flake of orange juice
15 ml. jarabe de azucar15 ml. sugar syrup
2 copos agua mineral2 flakes mineral water
1 onza de vodka1 ounce of vodka
NOTA; Las medidas las tomaremos en referencia del vaso a usar y el jarabe de azucar sera casero.

PRIMER PASO / FIRST STEP .

Vamos a preparar el sirope de azucar, simplemente tomamos dos vasos en uno colocamos azucar y en el otro agua en porciones iguales, calentamos el agua y cuando este efervezente la agregamos al vaso con azucar y mezclamos hasta que tome la consistencia espesa.

We are going to prepare the sugar syrup, we simply take two glasses, in one we place sugar and in the other water in equal portions, we heat the water and when it is effervescent we add it to the glass with sugar and mix until it reaches a thick consistency.




SEGUNDO PASO / SECOND STEP.


Preparamos el jugo de naranja, les aclaro que debe ser natural lo puedes hacer o comprtarlo como a ustedes les parezca mejor, yo para econimizar lo preparo .

We prepare the orange juice, I clarify that it must be natural, you can make it or share it as you see fit, I prepare it to save money..




TERCER PASO / THIRD STEP .


Seleccionamos un vaso mediano para usarlo de medida y una coctelera (la coctelera puede ser reemplazada por un envase con tapa) es para usarla como mezclador de los ingredientes, al tener el vaso y el envase comenzamos a tomar las medidas y vaciar en el recipiente donde lo vamos a mezclar.

We select a medium-sized glass to use as a measure and a shaker (the shaker can be replaced by a container with a lid) to use as a mixer for the ingredients. Once we have the glass and the container, we begin to take the measurements and empty it into the container where We're going to mix it up.





CUARTO PASO / FOURTH STEP .


Para finalizar lo reservamos en un recipiente de vidrio y cerrarlo con rosca o corcho es muy importante la presentacion a la hora de hacer un coctel.

To finish, we reserve it in a glass container and close it with a screw or cork. The presentation is very important when making a cocktail.

Este post es muy interesante, valioso y práctico, ya que nos das una estupenda receta para elaborar un ingrediente que puede ser difícil de encontrar en el mercado, o que se consigue a precios altos. El Blue Curazao es uno de esos ingredientes, y es una lástima no poder incluirlo en muchos cócteles y mocktails, ya que le da un colorido impresionante a nuestras bebidas.
